Ingredients
Potato - 1medium sized, peeled, boiled
Greek yoghurt - 1/2 cup
Green chillies - 1 finely chopped
Onions - 1/4, finely diced
Coriander leaves - few, chopped
Salt - as needed
Lime juice - 1 tsp
Method
- Boil Potato in a microwave for 8 mins.
- Take a bowl, mash the potato, mix yoghurt, chillies, onions and coriander leaves and some salt..
- Potato Salad is ready..
Variations
This tastes wonderful by using milk creamer(liquid) of plain soy milk with lime juice instead of greek yoghurt.
When I tried with greek yoghurt..but it turned out really well.
