Water -1 and 1/2 cup
Carrots and peas - 1/4 cup
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Vinegar - 1 tsp
White pepper, Chilli sauce, salt - as per taste
Oil- 1 tsp
Onions - few, diced
Preparation time: 15 mins
- Heat oil in a bowl, add onions, fry till they turn golden color.
- Fry carrots and peas. Add oats, cumin powder, white pepper and saute all the contents for 2 mins.
- Add water, salt and allow the contents to boil until oats get cooked to desired consistency.
- Oats soup is ready and can be served with vinegar and chilli sauce if needed.
